Ashley Randol is a San Antonio native who focuses her practice on business transactions, real estate, construction matters, and civil litigation. She works with business owners, developers, and property owners on a wide range of matters, from large real estate transactions to the contracts that support day-to-day business operations.

Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2020, where she was recognized as a Dean’s Scholar and graduated with honors. During law school, she served as an Associate on the Journal of Energy Law and Resources and later as a member of the Senior Editorial Board. She was President of the Federalist Society, co-founded Texas Tigers, Esq., was a member of the LSU Law Board of Advocates, and won first place in the school’s Transactional Competition. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Texas Tech University in 2016.

In her practice, Ashley regularly drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, development documents, construction contracts, and business agreements such as vendor agreements and master services agreements. She also advises clients on entity formation and operational structure and represents clients in civil litigation involving contracts, property, and business disputes.

When she’s not practicing law, Ashley is usually working on a creative project at home, cheering on her Red Raiders or Tigers, or spending time with her dog, Hank—who she will tell you is her best friend.
