Mr. Castillo helps large and small businesses manage their business risks. He concentrates his practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, creditor bankruptcy, collections, oil & gas, and general business and real estate law. He has represented numerous clients on issues relating to landlord-tenant disputes, collection matters, and breach of contract. Mr. Castillo has also been involved in construction litigation, complex commercial litigation and litigation involving oil & gas interests and the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.

In the areas of general business law, Mr. Castillo has experience in corporate planning and formation, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, contract drafting, preparation of real estate documents for commercial and residential closings, sale of businesses and loan workouts and foreclosures. He also helps individuals with estate planning, will preparation and probate.

Mr. Castillo was raised in McAllen, Texas and has lived in San Antonio, Texas since 1995.
