Matthew Munoz

Mr. Munoz has developed a litigation practice focused on representing clients in real estate matters, corporate representation, business disputes, and other various areas of civil litigation. He has litigated matters both in the State and Federal courts throughout the years. While he primarily focuses on commercial litigation, construction law, and business disputes, he is experienced in the negotiation of business-related disputes including landlord-tenant matters, contractual and real estate disputes, and commercial leasing.

Mr. Munoz has experience in general business law and has represented numerous clients in corporate planning and formation, general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and contract drafting. He has also been involved in construction litigation, complex landlord-tenant litigation, complex commercial litigation, and litigation involving the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. He also has experience in helping individuals with estate planning, will preparation and probate.

Mr. Munoz grew up in Plano, Texas and San Antonio, Texas. He and his family have called Boerne, Texas home since 2019.
